  Lindsay Phillips

  Non-Executive Chairman

  Lindsay is currently the Head of Private Equity for Lazard Carnegie Wylie. He is also Chairman of Flat Glass Industries Limited (listed on the ASX) and a director of a number of private companies in a wide variety of industries. His recent experience includes almost 20 years in private equity/investment banking both in Australia and the UK. Prior to that he spent seven years with Price Waterhouse.

  Mark Loveys

  Non-Executive Director

  As one of the founders of Datasquirt, Mark had early involvement in the architecture and design of the company’s products and solutions. Prior to this, he was a founder and product designer of Exonet, a market leading ERP solution for small to medium businesses, currently used by thousands of businesses throughout Australasia. Mark’s success in the design and commercialisation of the Exonet software package, led to it being acquired by a global ERP organisation. Mark holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Auckland University and he is a member of the global SAP Solution Partner Advisory Council.

  David Lyons

  Non-Executive Director

  David is the CEO of Continuum Systems, a hardware and software distribution company based in Syracuse, New York selling solutions to government, manufacturing, healthcare and other verticals. He is also the founder and CEO of Continuum Professional Services, a full outsource medical transcription company that supports acute and outpatient transcription services for hospitals and clinics. David has more than 25 years experience in service related businesses, in addition to his extensive software sales and marketing experience.

  Jens Neiser

  Non-Executive Director

  Jens joined the Board following his investment in Datasquirt in June 2006. He manages the Neiser Capital Investment fund and was previously a partner with Boston Consulting Group in New York and Munich specialising in technology companies. He holds a Masters degree in law and PhD in economics.

  Aaron Ridgway

  Managing Director/CEO

  Aaron is the founder and a major shareholder in Datasquirt and has an extensive, successful background in the mobility and telecommunication industry. He is widely respected as a retailer of mobile phones owning several of New Zealand's most successful First Mobile Vodafone franchises.

  Karen Hormann

  Chief Financial Officer

  Karen joined Datasquirt in 2006 as Chief Financial Officer. She holds a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Canterbury and is a Chartered Accountant with more than 20 years commercial experience. Prior to Datasquirt, Karen has worked in New Zealand, Australia and the United Kingdom in similar roles with a variety of companies including Dun & Bradstreet and Garuda Orient Holidays.

  Kieron Lawson

  Chief Technology Officer

  Kieron's 15 years of software architecture and development experience includes leading the development team as Chief Software Architect at Exonet 6; design and development of the award-winning Aegility eLearning workspace platform; developing the world's first graphical geothermal engineering charting package; design and development of the Dejar archive and retrieval system; and leading the development team for Aim Direct; as well as developing marketing databases for clients such as Air New Zealand, Mercury Energy, Team New Zealand and the National Heart Foundation. Kieron has been working on CONTACT since 2004 and has been responsible for the architecture and framework of the platform.

  Peter Figge

  Datasquirt Germany

  Peter joined Datasquirt Germany in May 2006 as Chief Executive Officer. He has more than seventeen years experience in the IT and software industry. From 1992 to 2000 he was CEO of Net Connection, and with 30 employees provided hardware and software to a range of businesses in Germany. From 2001 until joining Datasquirt Germany, Peter has been an independent software solutions consultant in a variety of industries for small and medium businesses.

  Steve Frankton

  DATASQUIRT UK

  Steve is responsible for Datasquirt's UK operations to include direct sales and management of Datasquirt's UK-based personnel. Steve continues to develop Datasquirt's distribution channels through its reseller network throughout Europe, and works with Datasquirt distribution partners in South Africa and India. He has over 20 years of international marketing experience; encompassing sales management, business development, operations and general management in the contact centre technology industry.

  Dean Hodgson

  Datasquirt Australia

  Dean manages Datasquirt’s activities in Australia and expanding presence throughout the Asia-Pacific. He holds a Bachelor of Business Studies and has over 15 years of international experience in the information and communication technology industries as an executive with BC Tel, Lucent Technologies, Avaya and BEA Systems with assignments in USA, Canada, Singapore and New Zealand. Dean is also responsible for Datasquirt’s alliances with global technology vendors and reseller partners.

  David Pridmore

  Datasquirt North America

  David joined Datasquirt in May 2007 as National Sales Manager for North American operations, responsible for sales, marketing and channel partner development. David has over 22 years in sales, sales and marketing management and operations management experience, holding similar positions with companies providing software applications as licensed and hosted and managed services.
