Datasquirt’s software solution, CONTACT™, adds text messaging, email, webchat and fax capability to existing call centre environments, complementing traditional voice communication and offering opportunities for increased call centre productivity and improved customer service experience. It lets service operators maintain communication in a non-voice channel, or switch between non-voice channels (eg, text and email) and can automate a range of routine enquiries. Designed to sit alongside existing voice management systems, CONTACT is a simple to operate, web-based application that fits the emerging ‘software as a service’ business model. It is available as a ‘hosted solution’ or customers may decide to install locally.
