LiveOps Completes Datasquirt Acquisition
Cloud contact centre provider LiveOps, Inc. announced today that it has successfully acquired the assets of New Zealand-based Datasquirt Limited (ASX: DSQ). The company first announced the intent to acquire Datasquirt in November. Shareholder approvals and customary closing conditions have now been completed.
LiveOps also announced today the appointments of Aaron Ridgway and Kieron Lawson as SVP of International Sales and Chief Architect respectively.
